Amanti delle Carne


  • 1 LB of  your choice of Scaffidi’s Pasta

  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic

  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil 

  • 1 TSP Salt 

  • 1 TSP Black Pepper 

  • 2 TSP Italian Seasoning 

  • ½ LB Sliced Cooked Italian Sausage

  • 4 OZ Diced Pepperoni

  • 4 OZ Diced Salami

  • 1½ CUP Scaffidi’s Marinara Sauce 

  • ½ CUP Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • GARNISH with Fresh Parsley

  • GARNISH with Fresh Parmesan

Cooking Instructions

1. Follow heating instructions for Scaffidi’s Marinara Sauce.  

2. With a medium sized pan, sauté oil and garlic. Add sliced sausage, diced pepperoni, and ½ cup of Scaffidi’s Marinara Sauce. Add Salt, Black Pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Sauté for 30-45 seconds, then let simmer. 

3. In a large pot, add water and salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and strain pasta well. 

4. Add reserved pasta water into the pan, and sauté for 30-45 seconds.  

5. Add cooked pasta into the pan, stir well. 

6. Plate and garnish with Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
