Ingredients

1 LB of your choice of Scaffidi’s Pasta

1 TBSP Minced Garlic

2 TBSP Olive Oil
-
1 TSP Salt
-
1 TSP Black Pepper
-
2 TSP Italian Seasoning
-
½ LB Sliced Cooked Italian Sausage
-
4 OZ Diced Pepperoni
-
4 OZ Diced Salami
-
1½ CUP Scaffidi’s Marinara Sauce
-
½ CUP Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-
GARNISH with Fresh Parsley
-
GARNISH with Fresh Parmesan
Cooking Instructions
1. Follow heating instructions for Scaffidi’s Marinara Sauce.
2. With a medium sized pan, sauté oil and garlic. Add sliced sausage, diced pepperoni, and ½ cup of Scaffidi’s Marinara Sauce. Add Salt, Black Pepper, and Italian Seasoning. Sauté for 30-45 seconds, then let simmer.
3. In a large pot, add water and salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water and strain pasta well.
4. Add reserved pasta water into the pan, and sauté for 30-45 seconds.
5. Add cooked pasta into the pan, stir well.
6. Plate and garnish with Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
