Storage Instructions

This product comes with two separate components - the Cannoli Cream and the Cannoli Shells, even though they are packaged together. The Cannoli Cream may be stored in either your Refrigerator or Freezer upon purchase while the Cannoli Shells may be stored in a cool, dry space. Once defrosted, this product cannot be refrozen and you will have approximately five days to prepare the product. If you store it in your Freezer, the cream must be defrosted for approximately 24 hours prior to the time that you wish to use the products.

This product comes with two separate components - the Cannoli Cream and the Cannoli Shells, even though they are packaged together. While this product was shipped frozen, it may have defrosted during transit to its destination. Once the Cannoli Cream is defrosted, it cannot be refrozen. You must store it in your Refrigerator and the Cannoli may be stored in a cool, dry place. The Cannoli Cream must be used within approximately five days.
Cooking Instructions
In order to fill the Cannoli Shells, the Cannoli Cream must be defrosted. We recommend to do this by storing it in your Refrigerator for approximately 24 hours prior to the time that you wish to fill the shells.

1.) Start by unpackaging your Cannoli Shells from the package that is arrived in.
2.) Take the Cannoli Cream Piping Bag and cut the tip of the bag off approximately one-half inch away from the tip. Do not cut it any larger as it may not fit into the Cannoli Shells.
3.) Fill both sides of the Cannoli from the middle out to the end of the Cannoli.
Some Tips & Tricks
1.) To maintain an excellent, crunchy Cannoli - fill the Cannoli Shells as close to the time that you will be enjoying them.
2.) If you prefer to have a softer Cannoli - consider filling the Cannoli Shells several hours in advance and placing them into the Refrigerator.
3.) Once the Cannoli Shells are filled, consider displaying them in whichever way that you wish, topping with Whipped Cream and for our Plain Cannoli Kits, a Chocolate Syrup, if you desire.
4.) Consider adding Fresh Fruit to your Cannolis - simply add them to the ends of the Cannolis. You can use anything that you want and is in season, but we recommend either Strawberries or Blueberries.
5.) Consider adding nuts to your Cannoli - simply crush your favorite nuts and add them to the ends of the Cannolis. You can use whatever nut that you wish, but we would recommend Pistachios.
6.) Really want to have your Cannolis be the talk of the meal with some Boozy Cannoli? While this will require the most prep and some additional baking supplies, it will absolutely be worth it for an excellent Cannoli! To start, pick your favorite liquor that you want to use - we recommend Fireball for a Cinnamon Taste, an Espresso Vodka for a Coffee taste, Captain Morgan for a Spiced Rum Taste, or anything else that you desire! Start by reducing the Liquor in a pot on the stove until it is reduced by half and has a thicker consistency. Once this is done, empty the contents of your Cannoli Piping Bag into a mixed bowl. Add in the Liquor Reduction, slowly adding it while mixing to ensure that the consistency of the Cannoli Cream remains thick. If you wish to add more of the Reduction, but you notice that the Cannoli Cream is becoming too thin, consider adding Powdered Sugar in with the Liquor Reduction. Once the mixture is combined, add the new mixture into a new Piping Bag and fill the Cannoli Shells!
