What's a Lasagna Subscription?

Let Scaffidi's @ Home take care of dinner on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis! Featuring the ability to receive your Lasagna shipped directly to you through our Nationwide Shipping Service, to picking it up locally at our Steubenville, Ohio location, or for local delivery in the radius of our Steubenville, Ohio location. Taking approximately 30 minutes to bake, this Lasagna will be the most delicious meal that you have made in 30 minutes or less at home!

The Fine Print

Scaffidi's @ Home Lasagna Subscription may be canceled anytime; no commitment is required to purchase it. Once canceled, a Scaffidi's @ Home Representative will contact you to inform you of any additional Lasagna Subscription credits you are owed at the time of cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for unused Lasagna Subscription credits, and the credits must be redeemed for the Lasagna you selected through your subscription. 

Our Meat & Cheese and Cheese Lasagna are available for Pick-Up or Local Delivery Customers. For Nationwide Shipping Customers, our only offering is our Cheese Lasagna to comply with distribution regulations from our locality. Unfortunately, no exceptions may be made to this rule. 

Scaffidi's @ Home is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Scaffidi's @ Home only recommends proceeding with storing and preparing its products if they arrive within the originally-guaranteed arrival date (two days after shipping). Scaffidi's @ Home utilizes USPS Priority Mail Shipping for two-day shipping of its Lasagna throughout the continental US. For delayed, damaged, or lost shipments, Scaffidi's @ Home will file a claim against USPS and provide you with a replacement Lasagna shipped to you at the next possible shipment date. Scaffidi's @ Home does not offer direct refunds for lost, damaged, or late shipments, but a replacement will be issued. 

Scaffidi's @ Home utilizes the services of the DoorDash Driver Network to facilitate deliveries of our Lasagna Subscription in the local area. While Scaffidi's @ Home contracts with this service, the drivers are not Scaffidi's Pasta, Inc. dba Scaffidi Restaurant Group employees. If Local Delivery is selected, your delivery will be sent to arrive in the specified time window. If no one is home, the DoorDash Driver Network Contractor will leave your order at your residence. Scaffidi's @ Home is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen food if you are not home at delivery. 

Scaffidi's @ Home does not refund orders once they are placed. Issue resolution will take place through credit to the Scaffidi's @ Home Store. 

REMINDERS
Pick-Up Customers: You will not receive any reminders or notifications regarding your subscription other than the notification of the recurring charge. If your Lasagna is not picked up on the day that you select for your subscription, your Lasagna will be returned to stock, and a credit will be placed to be used at your leisure. 

Local Delivery Customers: You will not receive any other reminders or notifications regarding your subscription other than the notification of the recurring charge and a text message with updates regarding your courier delivery. If Scaffidi's @ Home is not notified by 8:00 PM the day before your delivery that delivery needs to be held, changed, or canceled - the delivery will proceed as usual. 

Nationwide Shipping Customers: You will not receive any other reminders or notifications regarding your subscription other than the notification of the recurring charge and e-mail messages with the tracking number of your shipment. If Scaffidi's @ Home is not notified by 8:00 PM four days before your expected arrival date, your shipment will proceed as usual. 

*Any discount codes that are offered through the normal course of business, including those offered to NIAF Members are for the first subscription payment of the Lasagna Subscription Only. Subsequent charges for Lasagna Subscriptions will be billed at full price. 
**Local Delivery Services are offered by the DoorDash Driver Network in partnership with the Scaffidi Restaurant Group.
