At Scaffidi's @ Home, we take great care to ensure your products arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Our products are shipped directly from our facility on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays using one-day or two-day shipping, ensuring delivery to your home between Tuesday and Friday. We utilize reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selecting the best option to ensure timely arrival based on your location.

To protect the quality and integrity of your products, all shipments include climate-control measures to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit. While products are shipped in a frozen state, they may arrive partially or fully defrosted. Please consult the Storage Instructions specific to your product to learn how to properly store it upon arrival, maintaining both food safety and optimal quality.

At a minimum, your product will arrive in a defrosted state at or below refrigerator temperature. If your product arrives in a state warmer than refrigerator temperature, please store it promptly and contact us before consumption for further guidance.

The Cannoli Shells that are delivered to you as a part of this kit are shelf-stable and may be kept in a cool, room-temperature location. They do not need to be frozen and for ultimate quality, we recommend to use these no more thna 30 days after their arrival.

The Cannoli Cream that is delivered to you as a part of this kit are NOT shelf-stable and must be kept in a frozen condition. If you wish to prepare the product iwthin four days of receiving it, you may store it in your refrigerator.
Approximately 24 hours prior to the time in which you are going to prepare the cannoli, take the shells (if in the freezer) and the cannoli cream out of the freezer and place the cannoli cream in the refrigerator to defrost and the cannoli shells in a cool, room-temperature place. Simply cut a one-inch slit in the cannoli cream on the end and pipe into the cannoli shells as close to the time of consumption as possible for ultimate quality.
